Busser

Front of HouseWe’re looking for a reliable, fast-moving Busser to help keep the dining room clean, organized, and running efficiently. Bussers are critical to table turnover, guest comfort, and supporting the service team. This role is hands-on, physical, and fast-paced — perfect for someone who works hard, stays alert, and takes pride in keeping things dialed in. What you’ll do
Assist servers by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash
Keep dining room, floors, and service areas clean and presentable
Refill water, assist with bread/chips, and support guest needs when asked
Help maintain cleanliness of restrooms and front-of-house areas
Stock service stations with dishes, utensils, napkins, and supplies
Communicate with servers and hosts to prioritize table turns
Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
Support the team wherever needed during busy service periods
What we’re looking for
Strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy during service
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to follow directions and restaurant procedures

Host / Hostess

What you’ll do
Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins accurately
Control seating flow to balance the dining room and support servers

Answer phones, handle basic guest questions, and assist with take-out or pickup if needed

What you’ll do
Handle high-volume service bar tickets while engaging guests seated at the bar
Maintain accurate pours and follow recipes to ensure quality and cost control
Upsell featured drinks, specials, and premium spirits
Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times
Perform opening, running, and closing bar duties without being asked
Manage cash/credit transactions and close tabs accurately
Monitor guest intoxication and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
Communicate with servers and kitchen clearly to keep service moving smoothly
What we’re looking for
Strong knowledge of basic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Ability to work clean and organized even during rushes
Sharp multitasking skills—service tickets + bar guests simultaneously
Must be 21+ with valid Responsible Beverage certification
Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
